Founded in 2008, Bravo Migration offers assistance to those looking to migrate to Australia. The two founders started by questioning the model most migration firms used, which, in their opinion, worked well for migration agents and lawyers, but not so much for individual visa applicants. Since then, Bravo has helped hundreds of people to migrate successfully to Australia.
Bravo approached [Haimat] to create a new website after finding that users weren’t spending much time on their site and the bounce rate was almost 70%. Our task was to create a website with a best-in-industry design, showcasing credibility and professionalism. The site also needed to provide multiple touch points for users to get in contact and enquire about Bravo Migration services. At the same time it needed to appeal to many different customers personas — nine to be precise — so the challenge was on.
WHAT WE DID
[Haimat] took a holistic approach, and instead of simply creating a beautifully designed and easy-to-navigate site, included SEO optimisation and integration with Bravo’s systems. The deliverables included:

Optimising current copy with relevant keywords
Writing SEO titles and descriptions
Writing H1,H2 and H3
Copy and image entry
Integration with Salesforce and Mailchimp
